Journey Into Breath Work

Join Kate for a 90 minute breathwork experience to heal and transform.

Breathwork is the practice of utilizing continual conscious breath patterns to quiet the mind and tune into your body. This shift in perspective, from mind to body, unearths stuck and stagnant energy and emotions that are being stored in our system. Our practice will focus on healing and transforming these energies and emotions; deep rest and relaxation are a beautiful byproduct!


You will journey deep into yourself from a comfortable laying down position, Kate will guide breath, offer hands on assist, Reiki, and loving support. Your journey will end with an extended savasana, inquiry, and journal reflection.

Breathwork benefits include stress reduction & anxiety relief. Connecting with your emotions & changing your response to them. It revitalizes your organs, also reduces toxins in your body & provides an energetic release. Breath work can give you access to your higher power. It can provide more energy & mental clarity.

This workshop will be just in studio. Please bring your own mat and journal. Blankets and bolsters are also lovingly suggested. The studio will be about 80* with our therapeutic infrared heating system. Beginners joyfully welcome!
