A one hour yoga journey which will include an exploration of breathing and meditation tools that assist in calming the mind, body and spirit of the child. Children will build balance, strength and flexibility through the physical yoga postures and yoga games. We will practice love, kindness and compassion for ourselves and those around us in the the class and beyond.
We will stay in the studio for the whole class so please make sure your child uses the restroom beforehand and is ready to concentrate
