How to cancel or change a registration.

If you’re no longer able to attend a class, you can cancel, or change, your registration through Union.fit. Follow the steps below:

  1. Log In
    Visit Union.fit and click Sign In at the top right corner. Use the email address you used to register.

  2. Go to Your Registrations
    Tap or click on My Account, then select Registrations from the menu. (On mobile, this may appear at the bottom of the screen; on desktop, it’s under your profile image.)

  3. Cancel or Join a Class
    From the Registrations page, you can:

    • Tap the Cancel button next to a class to cancel your spot.

    • Access the link for a video call class, if applicable.

Pass Policy

To keep your class credit (for drop-ins or class packs), you must cancel at least 90 minutes before the class start time. Drop in passes are valid for one month.
