Power Yoga Basics

WEDNESDAYS 7:30-8:30pm, beginning MARCH 8

In this 60 minute class you will work through a basic power yoga practice. Jill Montoni will give clear and simple instructions while keeping a close eye on safety and stability. You will move, sweat, and strengthen as you learn! All levels are always welcome, more experienced students will enjoy the attention to detail.

New students may preregister online, or just drop in at the studio. No previous yoga experience is required, just bring a desire to try something new! We do have mats and 'yoga towels' for rent for $5, or you may bring your own. Please read this FAQ page and then feel free to email us with any other questions you have.

While basic, this class is vigorous. If you have any significant health or mobility concerns please email us so that we can best serve your needs. If you have minor concerns (such as a healing injury, or getting back into shape) you can come to class about fifteen minutes early and let the teacher know. In this class you'll learn about yoga while you gain fitness, strength, mobility, and peace of mind.
