Join Keri to get the building blocks of jumping through!  Your practice will get playful when you’re working on jumping from down dog to seated….. and from seated to chatarunga! Keri has studied how to build strength and technique she'll share her all of her tips with you.

You'll get a good warm up before heading into strengthening exercises and skill development drills. 

This workshop is open to all levels, as long as you’re willing and can have a good laugh.

If you are working with a current wrist or shoulder “thing” it might be good to wait for another time….. or you can come and do as much as you can : )
