Prenatal Yoga Workshop

Welcome, expectant mamas of Cape Ann! This workshop offers a strong prenatal yoga flow, deeply relaxing restorative postures, an extended guided meditation, and savasana, all with gentle hands on assists (if you like!) to nourish your growing, changing, and expanding self. Essential oils will be used throughout the class to anchor your body-mind connection, bringing a sense of peace, confidence and calm to your practice. Essential oils used are sourced by doTERRA and are known to be safe for use in pregnancy. The oils will be checked with each student to ensure they are a positive match for your heightened pregnancy sense of smell and any GI-related symptoms you may be experiencing! This is an all-levels workshop, and there will be time for questions and a brief discussion which will include tips on appropriate modifications for home practice. I look forward to seeing you there!
