Yoga Nidra® Divine Sleep and Slow Flow

Experience coming home to yourself.

This deeply nourishing flow will ground and support you, while offering renewal and integration.  We will begin with gentle asana where you will move with awareness of your physical body. The second part of class will be an extended savasana where you will be guided in a meditative practice called Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra®, which will rejuvenate, transform, and relax you on all levels. 

Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra® is a form of guided meditation that is designed to transform, heal and deeply rejuvenate the practitioner. One is taken on a journey inward where the thinking mind is quiet and the body is at rest, yet the conscious mind is alert. This state is called Yoga Nidra. In between sleeping and waking, we are more receptive and open. There is potential for greater healing as we become more connected to our true self.

$15 per person (not included in unlimited membership, class package holders can apply one class and pay $5)


Natalia Rosenbaum

Born in Buenos Aires Argentina, Natalia has an energy and passion for life that reflect her Latin American background. A seeker of wisdom and truth,  she is known for integrating fun, creativity and a full depth of emotion into her work.  

She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in private practice in Boston and Gloucester, and her therapeutic background informs her yoga teaching style. Her commitment to healing and personal growth has lead her to many transformational paths which she loves to integrate in her work in order to benefit herself and others.
