FREE RESTORATIVE CLASSES
Join Jasmine for warm restorative yoga. Experience the power of nourishing your nervous system and supporting your body. The poses will be simple, calm, and healing, and the space is welcoming.
Please bring a mat and any props you like to have. You can bring blankets, pillows, bolsters, straps, and blocks. We do have some blocks available at the studio.
As part of her advanced yoga training Jasmine is offering these classes free of charge. Come, experience her wonderful teaching and the gift that is restorative yoga practice.
