TEEN YOGA SERIES
Join Sara and Katelyn for a 6 week yoga series. Start your yoga journey now! You'll strengthen your body, calm your mind, and get practical skills for navigating your very real life.
Each fun session will include:
breathwork
strengthening for body, mind, and spirit
simple meditation
restoration
Each session will have a different focus, including:
sun salutations
standing poses
backbends
arm balances
AND no experience is required. Sara and Katelyn will give very accessible instructions while their years of yoga experience will inspire you to new heights!
CALM - ENERGIZED - CONFIDENT - STRONG
We encourage you to do the full series, although drop ins are certainly welcome.
