Gina will lead a spacious, relaxed practice and give plenty of hands on, reiki infused assists. You’ll leave feeling clear, light, and ready for the new season.
All levels are always welcome. The studio will be heated with our therapeutic infrared system. Please bring a mat, water, and any props you might want beyond blocks.
