BAPTISTE ASSISTING COURSE

The world famous Baptiste Two Day Assisting Course is coming to Gloucester!

Anyone is welcome to join this training - you do not have to be a teacher, or an advanced yoga student. All you need to be is interested!

You’ll spend two days immersed in the methodology and techniques of Baptiste Yoga. You’ll get fantastic concrete skills and make a lot of new friends.

You’ve been wondering about the Baptiste BUZZ - you know that CAPY is part of a global community…… but what’s it all about? This is your chance to jump in to a world class, world wide community. You’ll leave empowered, excited, and educated.
