Arm Balancing workshop


Join Keri Asaro for a playful arm balancing workshop. She'll walk you through exercises to limber up and strengthen up so that you can lift up! This workshop will be a balanced practice with several exciting highlights. 

You can be new to arm balancing, and it's ok if you're nervous. This workshop is best for students with at least a few months of practice under their belts. It is recommended that you're comfortable holding downward facing dog and don't have any current wrist, elbow, shoulder, or neck injuries.
