JOURNEY TO THE HEART - Cacao Ceremony

Join us for an intimate Journey to the Heart of Bliss with medicine Grandmother Cacao. We will meditate, chant, drink sacred cacao, The Food of the Gods. This empathogenic heart-opening sacred medicine will guide us on a portal to Bliss and Expansion. We will shake, move, and connect with our deepest center of love and activation. 
We will end our ceremony in the embrace of a Sound Healing Journey using the ancient frequencies of Crystal Bowls, Tuning forks, and native instruments. 
Afterwards, relax and sample bespoke Tinctures and Herbal Medicines made by Alexandra.

Details: Please arrive between 6:00-6:20, we will begin our circle right at 6:30, we will not be starting until everyone has arrived.

How to Prepare: 
    •    Please do not eat 1 hour before, and avoid stimulants, other plant medicines and alcohol to fully be present in the experience.
    •    Please let us know if you have allergies, or sensitivities.
    •    Please dress in layers, as your body temperature may shift from hot to cold in the ceremony. You can come adorned for ceremony, or in sweats, whatever feels good to you. Please wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in. 
What to Bring: 
    •    A Yoga Mat
    •    Pillow & blanket
    •    An Open Mind and Heart
Optional: 
    •    Your favorite Mug
    •    Pen & Journal
    •    Something for the altar (fruit, offering, photo, crystal)
    •    Drum / shaker
