Nutrition talk - Feed Your Mind, Body & Fuel Your Spirit
We will go over macronutrients, micronutrients and supplements as we weed through current diets. We will navigate nutrition in relation to science, social media, personal goals, family/friends, grocery shopping, travel and the holidays. Meri will give you the tools to feed your mind, body and fuel your spirit.
Meri Stevens is a certified nutrition coach, a personal trainer, and she teaches yoga. For Meri, a family medical issue brought nutrition into focus in 2015, and becoming a more competitive runner made her research and look at her diet, which started to change in 2019 during her 200YTT. She enjoys food and knows the importance of fueling your body as an endurance runner.
