HANDSTAND FUNDAMENTALS WITH KERI


Join Keri for a fun afternoon of tips, practice, and turning things upside down! Keri's made a study of what it takes to go from zero to handstand, and she’ll meet you at your level.

You'll get a good warm up, heading into strengthening exercises, and then skill development drills. If you’re great at handstands Keri will give you fun things to try out! Folks newer to handstands will get great practice and know what to work on to get better.

This workshop is best for students with a year of practice under their belts, or a previous background in gymnastics or other relevant sport.

You can be newer to hand standing and it's absolutely ok if you need to use the wall.

Please be very comfortable holding downward facing dog for a minute or more. 

If you are working with current wrist, shoulder, or neck challenges please wait for another time.
