We'll be in a dance studio aerie, surrounded by nature and history. We'll practice, meditate, and do some journaling and discussion - the three practices of Baptiste Yoga. You'll meet great people and leave feeling grounded and renewed.
All levels are welcome, please bring your own mat, blocks, water, and a snack.
