REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY *

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU INSURE YOUR TRIP AS THESE POLICIES ARE FIRM. There is a $300 non refundable deposit. 50% of balance due July 1. Final payment is due August 25. Balances not paid in full by August 25 will incur a $150 surcharge. Payments made are non refundable. If you cancel, and we are able to fill your spot with an equal registration, you will be refunded all but the deposit and a $100 administration fee.
