In this series of six classes Kara will lead you through a safe and empowering flow of yoga poses. The room will be a comfortable 75-80*.
All levels of experience are welcome. Pre-prenatal, postnatal, and parnters are also welcome.
Kara Mears has been practicing yoga for over a decade. She is a Registered Nurse, Certified Birth Doula (CBD) and a Certified Pranakriya Prenatal Yoga Teacher (CPYT).
