You will learn simple principles that will give you a safe and effective power vinyasa yoga practice, a practice that will last you a lifetime.

HOW TO - the best gear and supportive practices to let you get the most out of your yoga
BASIC BREATHING - allowing for a calm and energizing practice
ALIGNMENT - correct alignment for safety and effectiveness in your poses
MODIFICATIONS - to build fitness or recover from injury
PHILOSOPHY - basic yoga principles that will let you take your practice off the mat
Bring your own mat or rent ours for $5 per session. Please arrive well hydrated and well nourished.
