FROM BARON BAPTISTE

“Elizabeth has a gift for seeing the whole person and what’s possible for each individual. She brings ease, learning, and inspiration to her classes and she embodies skillfulness when giving hands-on assists. Her assists let the whole person experience new depths of freedom, ease, and power on the mat and in their life.

I loved teaching classes when Elizabeth was assisting, and I always trusted her to teach and train the studio assistant teams to deliver intentional, effective hands on assists during the practice.”
