Who DOES PRIVATE + SMall Group Instruction?
One-on-One: Brand new, seasoned, or anywhere in between - privates are a fantastic way to enhance your practice. Private sessions are tailored to meet your personal needs with plenty of space for questions. We offer three different ways to tailor your individual instruction!
Small Groups: Private groups are perfect for folks who want to get healthy together. Privates can be scheduled at your convenience, at your place or ours. The sessions will be tailored for you - your group’s level of experience and reason for getting together. You can choose the focus - fitness, education, or fun! Private group classes are perfect for friends on vacation, birthday celebrations, pre-wedding, parents and kids, kids, or a few friends with common yoga goals.
WHAT CAN WE GET FROM PRIVATE + SMall Group SESSIONS?
CELEBRATE: be with your friends or family for a special occasion, or just because!
GET FAMILIAR: brand new and want to know the lay of the land before joining classes
GET CONFIDENT: new or experienced and want to clarify alignment or other questions
GAIN PROGRESS: fine tune your current practice and work on new poses
BEYOND ASANA: study yogic breathing, meditation, philosophy, and energy systems
HOW MANY SHOULD WE TAKE, HOW OFTEN?
SINGLE: for a special occasion, or just to practice together
SERIES: if you’re looking to jump start fitness, refine alignment, or gain specific progress a series of private classes can be tailored just for you.
CONTINUING: regular private classes will give you long term growth and sustainability.
You can do just private classes or intersperse them with regular studio classes. If you’re doing a series of five we recommend three classes and one private a week for progress. If you want to bolster your regular practice for the long term we recommend at least one or two privates a month, and you may certainly take more.
When + WHERE?
Private group and one-on-one sessions can be done in the studio, anytime between classes, or on zoom. If you have a clear, open practice space in your home we may arrange to meet you there for an additional fee.
For sessions at your home or vacation rental in Rockport or Gloucester add $25 per session, For Hamilton, Beverly, Manchester, Essex, Ipswich add $50 per session. We’re happy to travel beyond the North Shore, ask us for rates.

Small Groups
SEMI PRIVATE - 2 or 3 people 60 to 75 minutes - $150 (with Elizabeth $200)
SMALL GROUP - 4 to 10 people 60 to 75 minutes - $200 (with Elizabeth $250)
GROUP - 10 to 15 people 60 to 75 minutes - $225 (with Elizabeth $275)
