REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY *

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU INSURE YOUR TRIP AS THESE POLICIES ARE FIRM. There is a $500 non refundable deposit. 50% of balance due November 1, 2024 Final payment is due January 1, 2025. Balances not paid in full by January 1 will incur a $200 surcharge. Payments made are non refundable. If you cancel, and we are able to fill your spot with an equal registration, you will be refunded all but the deposit and a $100 administration fee.
